Technical project manager (call center solutions)

Your tasks:

  • Management and Controlling for all steps of an IT-project
  • Co-operation with all departments involved in the project setup, implementation and organisation
  • Ensuring software quality standards are met
  • Deliver support during project implementation and for integration into the operational environment
  • Co-operation across locations in an international environment
  • Create presentations, analyses and process data for pros and cons analyses
  • Plan and hold project meetings
  • Create and manage time schedules
  • Controlling of reporting, protocols and operational project processes


  • Successful graduation in IT, MIS, Business Informatics and Administration or similar
  • Experience in the IT branch, preferably with IT service providers
  • Experience with project management (planning, implementing, controlling)
  • Knowledge of call center software solutions is an asset
  • Capability of processing complex, technical scenarios
  • Being interested in digital media is helpful
  • Being a good team player
  • Very strong communication skills both for German and English
  • Skilled handling of MS-Office
